I Built an AI Support Platform with Laravel 13's AI SDK
Hey,
I've been heads down for a while on something I'm really excited about.
Laravel 13 shipped with an official AI SDK and I used it to build a full customer support platform from scratch. The agent looks up real orders, searches a knowledge base, classifies tickets, streams responses, pulls live data from the web, and blocks prompt injections before they ever reach the API. Every token gets tracked on a dashboard.
I recorded the whole thing. 11 episodes, starting from composer require laravel/ai all the way to a production-ready system with testing and security.
The series is called Ship AI with Laravel and it launches Wednesday, March 25th on Laravel News.

The tech stack is Laravel 13, Laravel AI SDK, Tailwind CSS v4, Livewire v4, and PostgreSQL with pgvector. Everything is on GitHub if you want to follow along.
Episode 1 drops Wednesday 25/03. We install the SDK, scaffold the first agent, and get it responding to customers.
